We started our concern in 2002 as a machining unit and are now established as a Design cum manufacturer of STD Gauges, Receiver Gauges, Acceptance Gauge for machining, Welding, fettling, Leak testing Purposes, and M/C Toolings. Design cum manufacturers of All types of Std, Variable, Acceptance Gauges, Position gauges for machined and Fabricated automobile components, and QC-related Own Development Products.

We both the partners M. Manikandan, A.Saravanan having the basic Qualification of a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and having the experience in special purpose machines Manufacturing units. We are having a team of totally 12 skilled employees in our concern.

We are having the design set up in our unit for Gauge design, and also tie up with the outside sources for the Design of Gauges and fixtures. We will supply the Gauges with the NABL CALIBRATION REPORT.

We having The Following Measuring Instruments: Vernier Calipers upto 300mm, Dial Vernier and digital verniers—–upto200mm, Micrometers ———upto-150mm, Digital Micrometers ———–upto 50mm, Bore Dial Gauge upto – 150mm, Dial Gauge (Plunger, Lever type (0.01 & 0.002), Granite Surface Plate [1000×700-2NOS, 630×630-2NOS ], Height Gauge, 2 D Height Measuring Instrument (Trimoss- ) up to 1000mm). WITH THE ACCURACY OF 0.002mm., ZEISS SPECTRUM CMM—Y- 1000 X- 700 Z-600 ACCURACY OF 0.002 mm.
